Seminar: Make your own propolis tincture

Propolis or 'bee glue', is a sticky, resinuous substance bees create mainly to seal cracks in the hive. It has been used for centuries for all sorts of things but it's immune boosting capabilities are by far the most popular use for it today

At this seminar, Shelley McQuade will talk about it's immune boosting activity and teach attendees how to make their very own tincture from the organic propolis harvested from our hives, which they can take home and use.
