Some call this pepper the Russian roulette pepper. About 1 in 10 are slightly hot, the others are sweet. Plants produce dozens of peppers all year long. Amazing in a stir-fry whole. Our favourite way to eat them is just coat with a bit of oil and put them on the BBQ for a minute or two, then add some salt and pepper - and easy, healthy and fun summer snack.
