Depending on the time of year and colony, every hive has a unique flavour profile along with variations on texture, thickness, sweetness and colour! You will love sampling honey from our various colonies at different times of year. Some have buttery textures, others are silky. Some will be fruit forward, while others are more floral. Some even have a minty finish due to the bees foraging on local linden trees!

All our honey is raw and unpasteurized so you get all the good nutrients and enzymes in every spoonful.
