Honey - Smoked Honey

We often get asked why would you take the time to smoke something already as outstanding as your honey? Once people try it, they stop judging us! We don't infuse it with smoke 'flavour' but use sustainably sourced apple and maple hardwoods from our apiary to slowly add the smoke flavour over a low temperature. Adds a whole new flavour dimension to cheeses, meats, BBQ. Add it to your coffee for a campfire caffeine experience.
