Fran's voyage into art really took hold after she retired and started taking art courses in Botanical Art. Frances discovered a love of art and went on to attend the Toronto School of Art where she focused on creating Charles Bargue style drawings from graphite. From there Frances expanded to oil painting and hasn't looked back.

We are so fortunate to have such a positive and talented artist as part of our honeybee community! Check out samples of her beautiful work below.Frances has been a honeybee Sponsor from the beginning! Her amazing artwork varies from still life to animals and floral art. Fran sends paintings to Peace Hills Trust each year for their art sale. These treasured pieces incorporate an Indigenous theme and are spectacular.
